Making pizza at home is fun and easier than it seems. It's just as good to make tomato sauce from a can, but since there were such good tomatoes at the farmer's market I decided to make it using fresh tomatoes. I added some onions, garlic, basil and summer savory.
Here's an easy recipe for the dough that you can make the night before. It rises slowly overnight in the fridge and it seems to turn out every time. It helps to have a pizza stone and crank your oven as high as it will go. The mozzarella is from Tonjes farm, also at the farmer's market.
