CASA BAIZAN
Kelly and I are in Spain for the
Gijon Film Festiva

.
Last night we wandered in to
Casa Baizan
,
an old family run restaurant
.
We tried two local cheeses:Le Peral and Cabrales.
And some dried ham with goat cheese that had been cooked on a griddle.
