Yesterday was an unseasonably warm day in NYC. Myrna and I took a long walk which included a trip to Chelsea Market. The tuna at The Lobster Place looked really good, so I got a small piece for dinner. It was easier to make than you think. I seared the tuna on both sides for a couple minutes, sliced up some red onions and cilantro and poured ponzu sauce over it. A few days ago I was at Sunrise Mart in the East Village and bought the bottle that had the most Japanese writing and the coolest design.

ReplyDeleteI love the way you decide how to buy packaged products. Now, whenever I'm shopping, I ask myself. Would Dave find this label cool/pleasing/well designed? It's way more fun shopping this way. Of course, my boyfriend, thinks I take too long deciding and gets mad. Ah well.
