
I love eating with
Andrea. We always order way too much. Last night at
Momofuku Ssam Bar was no exception. We started with geoduck clams in a fennel, apple, cucumber and jalapeno soup: and scallops with blood orange and scallop crackers.

Beef tataki filled with sweet potato and radish.

Tripe with ginger, scallions and celery curls.

Kale in XO sauce.

Fish ball hot pot.

Oxtail dumplings

Quark ice cream (I thought they said "pork" ice cream) beet puree and chocolate.

Orange semifreddo.
