MOMOFUKU-FRIED CHICKEN

Whenever I go to Momofuku Noodle Bar, I'm jealous of the group of people eating the fried chicken. You have to reserve it in advance for a minimum of six people. Today I was one of those lucky six. It's two whole chickens served in two different styles: classic buttermilk and spicy/sweet Korean style.
We killed some time while we waited with some appetizers:
Cauliflower with pine nuts and raisins
Brussel sprouts with Bonito Flakes (usually I don't like bonito flakes, but these were great, they were chewy and salty and tasted sort of like ham) They danced around gracefully as they melted onto the warm sprouts.
Beet salad with blood oranges

They serve the whole thing with four different dipping sauces, radishes, carrots, lettuce and pancakes to roll it all up in.
