This was better than the lunch I made for Ann. There was leftover cabbage, bean sprouts and cilantro. I had some fancy spaghetti and some peanut sauce left over from last week's summer rolls.

I put it all together like an Italian pasta, but the best thing was adding some toasted coconut at the end... like parmesan. Last week I had the cereal milk soft serve at Momofuku milk bar (lots more on this later) and a friend (who I was on a date with) suggested I get it with the toasted coconut, that makes a big difference.
