Kat and I had lunch at the fish restaurant in Eataly today. It's run by Doug Pasternak from Esca, here's a
link to a New Yorker article about him from a few years ago. Everything was fresh and simple, I could go back here everyday. We started with the crudo tasting (coming towards you: snapper, ivory salmon, hamachi) Then we had crispy, salty wild striped sea bass and scallops.
