This didn't turn out so great. I was trying to be experimental. Roasted butternut squash with rosemary and put it on top of some lettuce with walnuts and parmesan. Something about the whole combo was sort of gross.

There's a recipe in Sarah Foster's Fresh Every Day that I had recently & was really tasty, though not quite as good as the salad at Watt's Grocery in Durham
