My family doesn't have very many traditions but this is one that we've been doing since the 70's. Our Christmas Eve dinner (even though we are Jewish) is a family round of fondue. We start with onion soup and French bread with melted cheese and a Caesar salad. We make various sauces to dip the meat in, mostly pouring them from the bottle.
When Christmas morning arrives we have eggs benedict and cranberry crisp.
I’m single. So I eat out a lot, and I have time to kill. In my free time, I like going to the farmer’s market and Murray’s Cheese and watching cooking shows. I like buying cookbooks and trying out dishes that I would use to woo a potential mate. Usually I cook for my friends.
This site will be about my eating and cooking experiences. It will be hard not to put some stuff in here about the rest of my life too.
Joe came up with the name EATDAVELOVE. It’s dumb but it’s appropriate.
