BAKER AND BANKER

I like to eat early. One time I asked a girl out and asked if she could meet for dinner at 6, she said that the only people that eat that early are babies and old people (it didn't work out).Baker and Banker opens at 5:30, we got the tasting menu.

home made mozzarella in bread crumbs and crispy sage
Asparagus with lardo, breadcrumbs and poached egg
Crispy snapper and Thai noodles
Steak, mushrooms and a ramp
I learned that 2% of Txakolina is red, we tasted this.
Banana Sorbet
Mini vanilla milkshake and chocolate chip cookies with salt.
Momofuku menu signed by Chang was a nice bonus in the bathroom.
