FLOUR AND WATER


Sometimes you have to go out on a limb. Flour and Water makes the best pizza I've ever had. Everything is perfect, the sauce, the dough is chewy, crunchy, crisp, doughy... the proportions are perfect, it's not burnt. Mindy and I went late, usually it's really crowded but we were able to get a seat at the bar. The pictures don't do it justice, I'm definitely going back. We had a margherita pizza, polpettine (meatballs with rapini), sand dabs with fregola, squid ink pasta with fava beans and chocolate pudding.
