CEVICHE

Matt B. took us fishing on his boat, we caught a bunch of bluefish (Mindy took this picture). It's not the best fish to eat though, so we made some flounder ceviche instead. It's kind of daunting to make, because it's raw... but it's really easy. Just squeeze some lime juice over the diced up fish and add some onions, peppers and cilantro. We had it with crackers.
