There were tomatoes, tofu and shiso leaves at the farmer's market so it made sense to try and make the Momofuku Cookbook version of this combo. Kim was coming over for dinner so I also made the fried chicken from the cookbook. You brine it, poach it, fry it and then pour Octo sauce on it. (garlic, ginger, soy sauce and a few other things)
We also had a peach cobbler with creme fraiche.
