After Arcade Fire, Mac and I went down to Momofuku Ssam Bar for my favorite thing: late night dining. It was Dave's birthday, so a big group of us celebrated by ordering pretty much everything they had. Some highlights were the Sardines with strawberries (above)

Bluefish sandwich with home made potato chips, pickles and mayonnaise. This was the best way I've ever eaten bluefish.
Noone could remember what this is... Striped Bass with miso paste?
Silken Tofu with watermelon

  1. I finally bought his book and like it very much. That silken tofu is an adaption of the one he does with cherry tomatoes in the book. I made it. It's really good.
