It was great catching up with Chollie at Co. We shared some crostini: ricotta with spigarello (sort of like broccoli rabe) and cannellini bean.
Baby octopus salad with mint and oranges
Margherita pizza
Strawnoffee pie was great. Chollie said it was a perfect dessert and I agree. Sweet, Salty, Sour: graham cracker crust with toffee, strawberries and whipped cream flavored with aged balsamic vinegar.
