I don't really like corn on the cob. It makes me feel like a dog eating a bone and I don't like getting stuff all over my face and in my teeth. But I love corn off the cob. This was sort of an experiment. I started by sauteing onions in a little butter while the cobbed corn boiled. When it was done, I added the pasta to the same water and let the corn cool down so I could cut it off the cob and put it in with the onions. When the pasta was done I mixed it all together and put in a dollop of creme fraiche and topped it with some tarragon. It's a good way to eat corn.
